The following fees apply to the conference.

Guidelines for registration
The deadline for registration is 29.10.2023. In special circumstances, a written request must be sent by email to wolfgang.semar@fhgr.ch.
At least one author from each submission must register until 30.9.23. If not, the author will be removed from the proceedings. Withdrawal of submissions is not possible.
For Bachelor and Master students outside of Switzerland participating in ISI2023 (contribution in the conference program/main program or in the student program) 10 travel grants with the lump sum of 300,- EURO will be awarded. The application deadline for a travel grant is 30 July 2023.
Refunds for authors
The registration of an author is non-refundable. Registration fees may be transferred to another co-author in special circumstances. All requests for transfer must be made in writing by email to wolfgang.semar@fhgr.ch.
Refunds for non-authors
Refund requests should be sent to wolfgang.semar@fhgr.ch. A cancellation fee of 50 EUR will be charged for cancellations made before 01.10.2023. NO REFUNDS will be made after 01.10.2023. Cancellations must be made in writing by email and sent to wolfgang.semar@fhgr.ch.
Instructions for online registration
● The Online Registration is done on the EasyChair platform.
● If you don’t have an account on the EasyChair plattform, please create a new account. Otherwise just log in.
● The Online Registration is mandatory.
● Participants contact information and registration type must be entered during the registration process.
To register for the conference, you need to fill in the registration form hosted on EasyChair. After submitting the registration form you will be offered a secure payment site which allows you to to pay via credit-card powered by stripe or to make a bank/wire transfer.
Instructions for Payment by Credit Card
Choosing to pay by credit card leads the user to a secure credit card payment portal. The transaction on your credit card statement will be shown in detail on your invoice afterwards.
If you don’t have an account on the EasyChair plattform, please create a new account. Otherwise just log in and proceed:
1. Choose “Registration” -> “registrant/attende”.
2. Register yourself / a new person.
3. Fill in the personal information form and save personal data.
4. Choose the registration type (for prices see table “Registration fees”). If you are a student, submit a student verificiation.
5. Choose “Pay Registration”.
6. Choose “Pay online now” -> “Pay Online”.
7. Fill in the payment information and submit.
Instructions for Payment by Bank/Wire Transfer
If you want to pay with bank/wire transfer, please upload a bank transfer receipt (during the registration process or afterwards with the “update registration” option in your registration profile). Your registration will not be approved until we have received the upload of your bank transfer receipt.

1. Choose “Registration” -> “registrant/attende”.
2. Register yourself / a new person.
3. Fill in the personal information form and save personal data.
4. Choose the registration type (for prices see table “Registration fees”). If you have already the bank transfer receipt, you can upload it here.
5. Choose “Pay Registration”.
6. Choose “Apply for permission to pay by wire transfer” -> Fill in the message why you want to pay by wire transfer.
